Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and mission-driven individual to join MaDeCa as a Co-Founder, leading Communication & Marketing. You should have a deep passion for sustainability and a creative mindset to help us communicate our vision and expand our reach in this growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote MaDeCa’s mission, products, and services to diverse audiences, including investors, partners, and the public.
- Brand Development: Shape and grow MaDeCa’s brand identity, ensuring that our mission of sustainability and circular economy is central to every communication.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content (written, visual, digital) to engage and educate our audience about the benefits of algae-based solutions.
- Public Relations & Media Outreach: Manage media relations and drive public awareness through press releases, interviews, and partnerships with sustainability-focused platforms.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee website content, social media strategies, and online campaigns to build and maintain a strong digital presence.
- Community Engagement: Foster partnerships with environmental organizations, industry stakeholders, and the general public to build a strong network of supporters.
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field, preferably in the environmental, biotech, or sustainability sectors.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building is mandatory.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, SEO, and content creation are important.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to think strategically and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A deep commitment to sustainability and belief in the potential of algae as a game-changer for the circular economy.
